Want to save money by pre-paying for your IT support? Our Advance Support Care Plan allows you to do just that. We have three levels of service, determined by key factors such as the number of PCs and the set up of your network/server(s). The Standard Care Package is suitable for companies with up to 5 networked PCs, the Enhanced Care Package is for companies with up to 10 PCs and a server and the Premium Care Package is great for companies with a server and up to 20 networked PCs. The higher number of points you commit to, the bigger the discount.
Points are allocated for the year based on the level of IT support most appropriate to you (subject to a full site survey by our experienced engineers). These points can then be 'redeemed' against various IT support services throughout the year - including PC maintenance, computer repair, computer support, network and broadband installations etc - and there is no limit to how many can be drawn down at any time. The service is designed to be totally flexible so if you use all your points before the year is out you can top them up. Equally, if you have points left you can carry them over to the following year!
