The Active Monitoring Service is a bolt on server monitoring service available for Advance and Monthly Support Care Plan customers and included in Privilege Club benefits. For a fixed fee each month, our IT engineers will provide server support by regularly monitoring key system functions to maintain optimum computer performance and identify potential malfunctions or IT problem areas and implement server repair initiatives - before they cause any damage! Standard, Enhanced and Custom IT support levels are available.
Regular Windows server monitoring means that common issues such as disk space and back up failures are quickly identified and resolved, often before the client even knows there's a problem!
